New clutch is on the way!

Bought another 3vze flywheel and had it resurfaced at the Lordco machine shop. Quick turn around and only $60!

Unfortunately didn't get many pics, but I did swap my clutch this weekend. Installed the Marlin 1200lb clutch with the help of BowlEEac and my brother. [wrench]

Also put in the spare transmission and transfer case I had cause I was getting some crazy grinding at hwy speeds. Pretty sure it was the output shaft on the transfer case.

So I took out my 3rd this weekend to find out if that was my source of drivetrain grinding....turns out it was.... [wall]

We originally set the backlash to 0.007" on a brand new ring and pinion and brand new bearings. When I took the diff out on Saturday and measured the backlash it was at 0.014" for some reason and I could see chatter marks in the ring gear. Looks like this is going to need a tear down and clean up to find the actual problem....fml

Also, started to tear into my spare rear axle. I think this axle is going to be my full float project axle. I can clean it all up and slowing start collecting the pieces I need to make it a full float.

Cut all the brackets off the housing.

Forgot that I now own a plasma cutter and used a torch. [wall] [wall] [wall] Didn't realize I have a plasma until I was cutting off the last bracket. [wall] [wall] [wall]

Finally got my fittings for the ARB exhaust solenoids.

No more oil spray under the hood!

And yes they are an odd size. It's a 5mm to a tiny ass BSPT.
